Pattro is a trading psychology journal and analytics platform designed to help traders identify behavioral patterns and improve their decision-making. The Service is for educational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Pattro offers a paid subscription at $15/month. Payments are processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Early access members lock their price for life.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time except as provided in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Pattro — including the Mental Score algorithm, correlation engine, and AI Coach — are owned by Pattro and protected by international copyright law.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Pattro to: violate any applicable law, transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service in any way that could damage or impair it.
8. Disclaimer
Pattro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Trading involves risk; our analytics do not guarantee profitable outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pattro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
