How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email address associated with your account. We process refunds within 3-5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Plan & Subscription section). After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- Your data remains accessible until the subscription ends
Early Access Pricing Lock
Members who subscribed during the early access period have their price locked for life. If you cancel and resubscribe, the locked price may not be available.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
